The task list
Open tasks are grouped by priority:
Inside each group the newest task is first.
Each row shows the task type, the trainee, how long ago the task was opened and the initials of the assignee. A quick button on the row marks the task done without opening it.
Filter the list
1
Choose whose tasks you see
The assignee menu has My tasks, All team and one entry for each team member. The board opens on My tasks.Tasks with no assignee show for everyone, whichever option you pick. They are a shared pool.
2
Keep your choice
When you pick an option that is different from your saved one, a small Set as default button appears above the menu. Click it and the board opens on that option next time. The default is saved in the browser you are using. Another computer or browser starts on My tasks again.
3
Filter by task type
Click Task type and tick the types you want. Each type shows how many open tasks it has. The types with the most tasks are at the top. Clear selection removes the type filter.
4
Search
Type in Search by trainee or task…. The search looks at the trainee name, the task title, the task detail and the task type.
5
Show finished tasks
Turn on Also show done / dismissed to add a Done / dismissed group at the bottom of the list.
Clear filters switches the assignee to All team, not back to My tasks. A manager who is not a coach has no tasks of their own, so the whole team is the useful view after clearing.
