The board has four ways to narrow the list. They stack: a search, a status chip and a set of filter rules all apply together. Type in the box that reads “Search by name, phone or email”. The list updates a moment after you stop typing. The search looks at:
  • the trainee’s name
  • the email
  • the ID number
  • the phone number, once you have typed at least three digits
Phone search ignores spaces, dashes and the country code, so 050-123 and 50123 find the same trainee. The search runs over the whole studio, not only the rows already on screen.

Status chips

Under the search box there are four chips, each with a count. Press a chip to show only that group. See Statuses.

The filter button

The funnel button next to the chips opens the filter dialog. A small number on the button shows how many filters are active. The dialog has two tabs.
Quick choices, shown as chips. The coach and plan choices take effect when you press Apply filters. Until then a note reads “This choice only applies after Apply filters”. The other three groups apply as soon as you click. What the last three groups mean:
  • On track: the trainee checked in during the last 7 days. No check-in: they did not.
  • Starting: the first 30 days. Ending soon: 21 days or fewer to the end. Expired: the end date has passed. Ended: the trainee is churned or archived. In progress: everything in between.
  • Today and This week look at the last check-in.

Advanced filter fields

Apply, clear and reset

  • Apply filters closes the dialog and filters the board.
  • Clear all removes every rule and choice.
  • Reset filters on the board itself clears everything, including the status chip. It appears whenever something is active.
