An exercise that was created during a plan import shows Created by AI.
What each row shows
- A thumbnail. Click it to open View exercise, a read-only card with the picture, muscles, equipment, instructions and video.
- Exercise name, with the English name under it when the two differ.
- Type. One exercise can have more than one type.
- Muscle group, Target muscle and Secondary muscles. When there are several, the row shows the first and a count such as +2.
- Equipment.
- Actions: Edit, Manage video and Delete, depending on the kind of exercise.
Exercise types
An exercise whose only type is Aerobic has no muscle fields. Every other type can carry a muscle group, a target muscle and secondary muscles.
Search and filter
Type in Search exercise… to search by name. Results update a moment after you stop typing. Under the search box you can narrow the list by:- Exercise type
- Muscle group
- Target muscle
- Secondary muscle
- Equipment
The filter lists only offer values that exist in the source you picked. Choose Clear filters to reset the search, the filters and the source.
