2

The button is on the card of the active subscription.
What freezing does
- Perform stores how many days were left at the moment you froze.
- The trainee becomes Inactive on the board.
- The trainee loses access to the app, unless you turn on Keep app access.
- The trainee gets a notification that the subscription was frozen, if that notification is on for the studio.
- The change is recorded on the trainee’s activity.
When freezing is refused
Reactivate
Press Reactivate on the frozen card. You see “Plan reactivated”. The subscription runs again from today for the number of days that were left. A trainee frozen with 20 days left gets an end date 20 days from the day you reactivate. If a later subscription is already scheduled and the remaining days would run into it, the reactivated subscription ends on the day the scheduled one starts.
Keep app access
The Keep app access switch decides whether an inactive trainee can still use the app.
You find the switch:
- on the frozen subscription card
- on the Subscriptions tab when the trainee has no active plan
When to leave access on
- A trainee on a short break who should keep seeing their plans.
- A trainee whose subscription ended while you sort out the renewal.
