Security

  • You already have a password. Enter the Current password and the New password and save. You see “Password was updated successfully”.
  • You have no password yet. This happens when you signed up with Google or always used codes. Press Set password. Perform emails you a link. Follow it to choose a password.
A password is optional. Phone and email codes work without one.

  • Disconnect removes the link. You cannot remove your last way of signing in.

Two-factor authentication

Adds a second step when you sign in: a code from an authenticator app.
1

Start

Press Enable two-factor authentication.
2

Confirm your password

Enter your password in Verify with password. You need a password on the account for this.
3

Scan the QR code

Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code, or type the secret shown under it by hand.
4

Enter the code

Type the 6-digit code from the app to verify the setup.
You see “Two-factor authentication has been enabled successfully.” From now on, signing in ends with a screen that asks for the one-time password from your authenticator app. To turn it off, press Disable two-factor authentication and confirm with your password.
Keep access to your authenticator app. Without it you cannot complete the sign-in.

Active sessions

Lists every device and browser where you are signed in. The one you are using is marked Current session. Press the X on a session to end it. The confirmation reads “Sign out this session?”. The device using it is signed out. Ending your current session signs you out here. Use this after working on a shared computer, or if you lose a phone.
Passkeys are not offered for signing in at the moment.

Notifications

Choose how you receive notifications. Everything is enabled by default. Only the options you switch off are stored. The table has one row per notification and two columns: These are your personal preferences for messages from Perform. What the studio sends to trainees is set by an admin under Business settings, Notifications control.

Billing

There is no personal billing. The Perform plan belongs to the studio, so opening billing from your account takes you to the studio’s billing page. See Billing.
