The dashboard is the Start page of a studio. It answers three questions: what needs me today, who is about to finish their subscription, and is the team keeping up.

The top of the page

  • A greeting that changes with the time of day, for example “Good morning” followed by your first name.
  • Open tasks today. One line with the number of tasks still open, or “No open tasks today”.
  • Trainee search. Type in the box that reads “Search trainees by name…”. Pick a result to open that trainee’s card on the board. All trainees opens the full board.
  • Add client. Opens the trainee board, where you add a trainee with New client.

Choose the period

Next to Metrics for: pick Today, Week or Month. Week is selected when the page opens. The period changes the numbers that are counted over time.

The panels

Your open tasks, with a link to All tasks. Press Open task on a row to go to it on the work board. When nothing is open you see “No open tasks, all handled”.
Trainees whose subscription ends in the next month. The badge shows how many end within 30 days. Each row shows the end date and how many days are left. Press a row to open the trainee’s card. All trainees opens the board.When nobody is ending you see “No subscriptions ending in the next month”.
A chart of tasks completed out of tasks opened, per day. To the workboard opens the work board.
One row per team member with how many tasks they finished this week, how many are open and how many are overdue. Use All to return to the whole team after picking one person.

The AutoFit card

While a migration from AutoFit is running, a card on the dashboard shows its progress through four stages: pulling from AutoFit, writing the library, importing trainees and writing programs.
  • You can hide it. The sync keeps running.
  • When it finishes, the card reads Everything is synced! with the number of trainees and programs, and a View trainees button.
  • If it stops, the card reads The migration stopped. Press Continue the migration to pick it up from the same point in the settings. Everything that already moved is saved.

Tips

Start the day on Upcoming renewals. A trainee whose subscription runs out loses access to the app unless you renew it or leave app access on. See Freezing and app access.
