The toolbar
Below the toolbar:
- Search program or folder… searches program and folder names.
- Four filters narrow the list by kind: All, Strength, Aerobic and Mixed. PDF and link programs have no kind, so they show under every filter.
- A counter shows how many programs match. When a search or filter is active it adds filtered results.
Program cards
Each program shows as a card with:- Its name and its kind (strength, aerobic or mixed).
- A Draft badge when the program came from an import and still has missing values.
- The number of training days, for example “4 Days Split”.
- The number of workouts per week.
- The number of exercises.
- The number of trainees it is assigned to.
PDF and link programs have a More actions menu with Edit details and Replace file.
Create a program
Choose New program inside a folder to create it there, or under Unfiled to create it with no folder. The program opens in the builder right away. See Build a program.Folders
Folders group templates. They do not change how a program behaves.Create and rename
Choose New folder. The folder is created with the name “New folder”. Click the name to type a new one. The name saves when you leave the field.Color
Each folder has a color. Choose Folder color on the folder and pick one. The color also marks the folder when you filter templates while assigning a plan from a trainee card.Move programs between folders
Drag a program card and drop it on a folder. Drop it on Unfiled to take it out of its folder. The hint Drag into a folder to organize appears on the unfiled area.Delete a folder
Choose Delete folder and confirm. The programs inside are not deleted. They move to Unfiled. Each folder header shows how many programs it holds and how many trainees those programs are assigned to.Program names
A program has two names. Open Program settings from the builder’s top bar to set them.
Use the internal name for your own sorting, for example “Hypertrophy 4d v3”, and the trainee-facing name for something friendlier.
Templates and trainee plans
Assigning a template gives the trainee a personal copy. After that the two are separate:- Editing the template does not change plans already assigned.
- Editing a trainee’s plan does not change the template.
- Deleting or duplicating a template works on the template only.
