Progress lives under the Profile tab. There are two screens: My progress, a read-only summary, and Weight & measurements, where the trainee records weigh-ins, circumferences and photos.

My progress

Profile, then My progress (hint: Weight, records and streak). The screen is titled Progress with the subtitle Your journey, week after week.

Workout streak

Days in a row with a finished workout, and the Best streak. The rule and the messages are in Personal records and history.

Weight chart

Current weight, the Goal when one is set, and a line chart of the weigh-ins.
  • The range buttons are Month, 3M, 6M, Year and All.
  • Under the chart: Start, Lowest, the number of Weigh-ins and the range in kilograms.
  • Touching the chart shows the value at that point.
  • With no data it reads No weigh-ins yet. With too little data in the chosen range it reads Not enough data in this range.

Meeting goals this week

A percentage with a progress bar showing how the trainee is meeting the week’s training goals. When the training plan is a PDF or a link, this card shows File plan and This data is not collected from the trainee because they use a file plan., because nothing is logged set by set.

Personal records

The trainee’s records per exercise. Empty state: Complete workouts to see your records here.

Weight & measurements

Profile has a Weight & measurements tile under the profile picture. It shows the current weight and the change since start, or Add a first measurement when the log is empty. Tapping it opens the log.
Next to it is a Sleep tile that reads Coming soon with Sleep from your device · in the next update. Sleep is not tracked yet.

The log screen

  • The header counts the entries and the date of the first one, for example 12 entries · since a date.
  • Measure adds a new measurement.
  • Current weight, the change since the start, the Goal with how many kilograms are left, and a bar showing how far along the way the trainee is.
  • Circumferences, in centimetres, each compared with the first measurement: Chest, Waist, Hips, Arm and Thigh.
  • Day log, the list of entries, with filters All, Weigh-ins and Circumferences.
Each entry in the day log shows where it came from: The very first entry is marked Start. The footnote says Weigh-ins and circumferences are entered manually · everything is shared with your coach. An empty log shows No measurements yet and a First measurement button.

Adding a measurement

Measure opens New measurement with the hint Weight, circumferences and photos · shared with your coach.
1

Weight

The weight starts from the last weigh-in. The minus and plus buttons change it by 0.1 kg. Holding a button keeps it moving. The range is 30 to 300 kg. A line shows the difference vs the previous weigh-in.No weigh-in switches the weight off, for a day when the trainee only measures circumferences. Add weigh-in switches it back on.
2

Circumferences

Chest, waist, hips, arm and thigh, in centimetres. They are optional and pre-filled from the last measurement, so the trainee only changes what moved. The range is 20 to 200 cm.
3

Progress photos

Three optional slots: Front, Side and Back. Each one opens the camera or the gallery. The hint says Optional · saved to your card with your coach.
4

Note

An optional note, for example after a holiday.
5

Save

Save measurement saves everything. A confirmation titled Measurement saved lists what was saved, such as the weight, the number of circumferences and photos, and the change from the previous weigh-in, with Added to the log · shared with your coach.

Editing and deleting

Tapping an entry in the day log opens Edit measurement. Delete measurement at the bottom asks for confirmation with The weigh-in is removed from your log and from your card with your coach.

Photos

Photos are made smaller on the phone before upload, to a longest side of 1,600 pixels, so they send quickly on mobile data. One file can be up to 15 MB after that. If saving fails the app shows Something went wrong. Please try again.

Measurements that come from forms

A form can include a weight question or a body measurement question. When the trainee submits the form, those answers are added to this same log and are labelled From a form. This is how a weekly check-in keeps the weight chart up to date without a second entry.

Steps

Steps are not typed in the app. They are read from Apple Health or Health Connect once the trainee connects it, and they feed the Daily steps goal. See Apple Health and Health Connect and Cardio and steps.
