Each task on the Work Board has a type. The type decides the icon, the priority group, the data shown in the task and the quick actions offered. Most types are opened by an automation. You turn each one on or off on the Automations page. See Triggers for the exact rule behind each one.

Tasks about forms

Tasks about activity

Tasks about subscriptions and plans

Other tasks

Tasks that close by themselves are checked once an hour. A task can stay on the board for up to an hour after the trainee fixed the reason for it.

Types you may still see on old tasks

The type filter can also list Form awaiting response, Stuck in program, Program expired and Broken streak. These come from earlier versions. No automation opens new tasks of these types today.

What the task shows

When you open a task, the Task tab loads the data that explains it:
  • Form tasks show the answers, the rating fields that fell under the threshold, and the trainee’s form history.
  • Activity tasks show app entries, workouts in the last days and the weekly streak.
  • Calorie and aerobic tasks show the goal next to what was logged.
  • Subscription tasks show the subscription dates, the days left and the subscription history.
  • Plan tasks show when the plan was last updated and what the trainee logged since.
  • Technique video tasks play the video and let you send notes back to the app.
  • Birthday tasks show the trainee’s age, how long they have been with you and when they last opened the app.
On a closed task, a note reminds you that the figures are as of today, not as of the day the task was opened.
