Your clients use one mobile app, on iPhone and Android. They sign in with their phone number and land in your studio, with your logo and colour. Everything you build on the coach side shows up here: training plans, nutrition plans, forms, content and meetings. Use these pages to learn the app yourself and to answer client questions. The button and screen names are written exactly as the app shows them in English. Clients who use Hebrew, Arabic, German, Spanish or French see the same screens in their language.

The five tabs

The bar at the bottom of the app has five tabs. Other screens open from these tabs. Progress opens from Profile. A meeting is booked from the calendar button on Home. Forms open from Home, from a popup or from a notification.

What a client needs before they start

  • You have added them as a trainee with the phone number they use on WhatsApp.
  • They have WhatsApp on that number, because the sign-in code arrives there.
  • They have installed the app from the App Store or Google Play.
There is no sign-up inside the app. The sign-in screen says Don’t have an account? Contact your coach to join.

Things that differ between iPhone and Android

Most of the app is identical. These parts are not.
The app can also run as a read-only preview inside the coach web app. In that preview nothing can be saved. Any action that would save shows This is a read-only preview of the app.
