What can move
After you verify the AutoFit account, you choose what to bring. Each row shows how many items AutoFit has and how many are already in Perform.
Some rows depend on trainees. They carry a hint such as “Updated only for trainees who are already here”.
Run the migration
1
Start
Press See my AutoFit data. Perform sends a verification code on WhatsApp to your number. If the AutoFit account is on another number, press AutoFit account on another number? and enter it.
2
Verify
Enter the 6-digit code and press Verify and continue. If no code arrives, wait for the 30 second countdown and press Resend.
3
Choose what moves
The screen confirms Connected to your AutoFit account and how many trainees were found. Tick the data types you want. At least one is needed.
4
Start the migration
Press Start the migration. The button shows how many items you picked.
While it runs
The sync runs in the background. You can leave the page. The run continues on the server. Follow the progress on this page or on the dashboard card, which moves through four stages: pulling from AutoFit, writing the library, importing trainees and writing programs. Only one sync can run per studio at a time. When it is done
The page shows Migration complete with a report of what was added: trainees, workout programs, weigh-ins, progress photos, steps and water days, templates, foods, nutrition plans, PDF plans, content items, recipes, forms and form responses. Things to read in the report:- Media files skipped. Files whose AutoFit link no longer works are not copied.
- Exercise rows left unlinked. Rows that could not be matched to an exercise in the library.
- Recipes. Notes tell you how many were split into ingredients and steps. Some are laid out automatically and can be improved in the content editor.
- Forms. Questions whose AutoFit type was not recognised are imported as text or as a choice. Check them in the form editor. Some AutoFit form items, such as monthly and stage forms, do not move over yet.
Team member sign-in details
If team members were added, a table lists each one with name, email, phone and status: New, Existing or Invite emailed. Where a Temporary password is shown, it appears only on this screen. Pass each one on privately and ask the coach to change it on first sign-in.If it stops
The page shows The migration stopped. Something failed mid-run. Press Resume to continue from the same point. Nothing that already moved is lost.Sync again later
After a first migration, the page offers Sync again. Use it when things changed in AutoFit and you want them in Perform. You verify with a code again and choose what to update, everything or only part of it. The rules of a re-sync:- Anything missing in Perform is added.
- Recipes and forms you have not edited in Perform are updated from AutoFit.
- Everything else that is already in Perform, such as trainees, plans and templates, stays as it is. At most, its empty fields are filled in.
- What you edited in Perform stays as you edited it.
A different AutoFit account
If the number you verify belongs to a different AutoFit account than the one synced before, Perform warns you. If you continue, that account’s data also moves into the studio, next to what is already there.Re-sync is not available for this account
Studios whose data was moved with the earlier migration tool cannot re-sync. That tool did not mark what had already moved, so a re-sync would duplicate trainees, programs and photos. Contact the Perform team to bring updates over.Messages you may see
