A subscription plan is a package you sell: a name, a price, a length and the forms that go with it. When you add a trainee or a subscription, you pick one of these plans. Open Business settings, Subscription and Pricing. The page is for the owner and admins.
Do not confuse these with your Perform plan, which is what the studio pays Perform. That is covered in Choose a Perform plan.

The page

At the top are two counts: Active plans and Assigned trainees. Below them:
  • a search box that matches the plan name or tag
  • a switch between Table and Cards
  • the New plan button
The table has these columns: Each row also has a Plan status switch and four actions.

Create a plan

1

Press New plan

The dialog New plan opens with a phone preview beside the form.
2

Name it

  • Plan name. Required. Only you and the team see this, in the plans list and reports.
  • Plan name (shown to the trainee). Optional. Left empty, the trainee sees the internal name.
  • Tag (optional), for example Premium.
3

Set price and length

  • Price incl. VAT (₪).
  • Duration and Unit, either Days or Months.
Either can be left empty to set it per trainee. A plan with no length asks for the length each time you assign it.
4

Link forms

  • Onboarding form (one-time). Sent to a new trainee on this plan.
  • Update form (recurring), with its Send frequency: Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly.
Choose No form to skip either. Create a New Form opens the form builder, and Refresh form list reloads the list afterwards. An inactive form is marked as inactive in the list.
5

Switch it on and save

Leave Active plan on and save. You see “Plan created”.
The App preview panel shows the plan as the trainee sees it: the name, the price with “incl. VAT”, and the linked Onboarding form and Check-in form. An empty price or length shows as “Set per trainee”.

Validation

Row actions

Opens a list of trainees. Search by name, tick one or several, and press the assign button. Each selected trainee gets a subscription on this plan.
  • Include inactive adds inactive trainees to the list.
  • Show assigned trainees only narrows the list to trainees who already have this plan.
  • Each row shows the trainee’s current plan and its end date, or “No active plan”.
Trainees whose dates clash with an existing subscription are skipped. You see how many were assigned and how many were skipped because of overlapping dates.
Opens the same dialog. Changing the price does not change subscriptions already sold. They keep the price they were sold at.
Makes a copy you can rename and adjust. Useful for a second length of the same package.
Asks “Delete” with the plan name and warns: “Trainees on this plan will be left without one. This action cannot be undone.”

Switch a plan off

Use the Plan status switch on the row. Do this for a package you no longer sell but do not want to delete.

Who can do what

  • Creating, editing, duplicating, deleting and assigning from this page need the owner or an admin.
  • Team members do not have this page in their menu. They can still pick an existing plan when they add a trainee or a subscription.

Tips

  • Use the internal name for what your team says, such as “Online 3 months”, and the trainee-facing name for what the trainee should read.
  • Create one plan per length you sell. It keeps reports and filters clean.
  • If every trainee gets a different length, leave Duration empty and set it per trainee.
