Save a filter

Build the rules
Open the filter dialog with the funnel button and set up your rules. See Search and filters.

Press Save filter
A name field appears with the hint Filter name.

Name it
Type a name of up to 80 characters and confirm with Save name. You see “Filter saved”.
A saved filter keeps the rules only. The status chip and the Training status, Coaching stage and Last activity choices are not part of it.
Use a saved filter
Open the filter dialog and pick the filter under Saved filters. Its rules load into the dialog. Press Apply filters.Favorites
A favorite is a saved filter that sits on the board itself, next to the status chips, marked with a star.- To add one, press the star on a saved filter in the dialog. The tooltip reads Add to favorites.
- Press a favorite chip on the board to apply it in one click.
- Press the same chip again to switch it off.
- The chip is highlighted while the board is showing exactly that filter.
- To remove it from the board, press the star again. The tooltip reads Remove from favorites. The filter stays in your saved list.
Rename a saved filter
In the dialog, use Edit preset title on the filter, type the new name and confirm with Save name. You see “Preset renamed”.Delete a saved filter
Use Delete preset on the filter and confirm. You see “Preset deleted”. This removes it from your favorites as well.Saved filters and the remembered board
These are two different things.
A saved filter can hold up to 50 rules.
Ideas for favorites
- Ending soon: Days to subscription end less than 14.
- Gone quiet: Last activity not in the last 2 weeks.
- No coach: Assigned coach is one of No coach.
- Frozen: Frozen subscription is Frozen.
- New this month: Join date in the last 1 months.
