Start an import
On the Training programs page, choose Add training program. The assistant opens with three steps along the top: Upload & analyze, Exercise review and Plan review. Prefer to start from scratch? Choose Build manually to skip the assistant and open an empty program in the builder.Step 1: give it the plan
You have three ways to provide the plan, and you can combine them.
Try a sample plan fills the box with an example so you can see how the assistant works.
Limits:
- Up to 10 files per import.
- A PDF can be up to 8 MB. A larger one shows a message asking you to shrink or split it.
- Pasted text can be up to 20,000 characters.
- Photos are resized before they are sent. If your browser cannot read a HEIC photo, convert it to JPG first.
Step 2: review the exercises
The assistant shows every exercise it found, one by one, with what it matched.
For each exercise you can:
- Confirm match to accept the suggested library exercise.
- Change the match or Attach to an existing exercise to search the library and pick another one.
- Detach it and create it as a new exercise instead.
- Fill in the details of a new exercise: Type, Primary muscle, Equipment and Secondary muscles, then Create & confirm.
- Remove from the plan to drop it.
Where new exercises are saved
For each new exercise you choose where it goes:
A bulk switch sets the choice for all new items at once.
When every exercise is handled you see a summary of how many were matched and how many will be created. Choose the Next button to move on to the plan review.
Step 3: review the plan
The program now opens in the regular builder, inside the assistant. Everything the source document did not say is flagged:- Missing values show in amber with a question mark.
- A counter at the top shows how many parameters are missing. Hover it for a breakdown by kind: Level, Target muscle, Sets, Reps, Rest and Duration.
- Day chips carry a marker when that day has missing values.
Drafts
A plan that comes out of the assistant is saved as a draft. It shows a Draft badge on its card in the library, and the note at the bottom of the plan review tells you how many values are still flagged as missing. Open the plan in the builder, fill in the flagged values and choose Save. Saving from the builder clears the draft badge.Closing the assistant
Closing the assistant before the final save asks Close the import? and warns that the plan will not be saved. Library exercises created during the import are rolled back when you cancel.Check before you assign
The assistant saves typing, but you are the coach. Before assigning an imported program:- Read every day once against the original.
- Check exercises that had a low match percentage.
- Check sets, reps and rest on rows that were flagged.
- Set the Level if it was missing.
