Add a step
1
Open the add menu
Click the plus button under the trigger card or between two steps. The Add action menu opens.
2
Pick the step
Choose Create task, Push notification, WhatsApp message, Webhook, Unlock content or Wait. Condition is at the bottom of the menu, under a separator.
3
Fill it in
The new step opens for editing straight away. Click anywhere else on the canvas to collapse it. A collapsed step shows a one or two line summary.
Edit, duplicate and delete
Click a step to open it. Hover over a step to show two small buttons:- Duplicate adds a copy right after the step.
- Delete removes the step.
The first name token
Message fields have a First name button. It inserts a token at the cursor. When the message is sent, the token is replaced with that trainee’s first name. The token is written in Hebrew, as{שם פרטי}, in every language of the app. Always insert it with the button so it is spelled exactly right.
A preview line under the field shows the message with a sample name, so you can check how it reads.
Saving
There is no save button. Every change is saved a moment after you make it. The bottom bar shows Saving… while it works and the time of the last save when it is done. If a save fails, a message tells you saving the automation failed. Your change is still on screen. Make another small edit to try again.Undo and redo
Back and Forward in the bottom bar undo and redo your changes. The history holds your last 50 changes in this visit. It is cleared when you leave the page.Zoom and arrange
- The plus and minus buttons zoom the canvas between 50% and 140%.
- Auto arrange centres the flow and returns the zoom to 100%.
Test run
Run test plays the flow on the canvas with a sample trainee, so you can see which branch a condition takes.- Click Run test.
- Pick one of the three sample trainees. Each has a different plan, coach, form status, days since last login and weight.
- Watch the steps light up in order. A log lists what each step would have done.
The test run uses sample trainees, not your own. It does not open tasks, send messages or call webhooks. It is a way to check the logic of your conditions, not a way to check delivery.
Editing a flow that is already running
Some trainees may be in the middle of a flow, waiting at a Wait step, when you edit it. They continue with the flow as it is now:- Steps you added after their position will run for them.
- Steps that already ran for them do not run again.
- If you delete the branch they were in, their run ends there and the remaining steps are skipped.
Turning an automation off
Turn off the switch for the trigger. New cases no longer start the flow. Tasks the automation already opened stay on the Work Board until someone closes them.Related pages
