The dashboard is the first screen you see after you open your studio. Open it any time from Start in the side menu. It answers four questions: how many trainees are active, how many tasks are open, who is about to finish a subscription, and how much the team got done.

The greeting changes with the time of day. Under it you see how many open tasks the studio has today.

Find a trainee

Type a name in Search trainees by name…. Results appear after a short pause. Click a result to open that trainee’s card. All trainees opens the full list.

Add a trainee

Add client takes you to the trainee list, where you add the new trainee.

Pick the period

Next to Metrics for: choose Today, Week or Month. This only changes the Task output card. The other cards always show the current state.
Today means the studio’s calendar day. Week and Month are rolling windows of the last 7 and the last 30 days, so a week that just started does not look empty.

If nothing was closed and nothing is open, Task output shows no percentage.

My tasks today

This panel lists up to 8 open tasks, most urgent first. You see tasks that are assigned to you and tasks that have no assignee, because unassigned tasks belong to the whole team. Click a task to open it on the Work Board. All tasks opens the Work Board with every task. When the list is empty, the panel says there are no open tasks and everything is handled.

Upcoming renewals

Trainees whose subscription ends in the next 30 days, soonest first. Each row shows the end date and how many days are left. Click a row to open the trainee card and renew from there. The badge next to the title shows the full count for the 30 days, which can be higher than the rows listed.

Task output this week

A bar for each day of the current week, Sunday to Saturday. Each day compares tasks completed with tasks opened on that day. Days that have not arrived yet stay empty so the chart always has seven slots. To the workboard opens the Work Board.

Tasks by team member

This panel appears when at least one team member has an open task or closed a task this week. For each team member you see:
  • How many tasks they closed in the last 7 days and how many are still open.
  • An overdue count, when some of their open tasks have a due date that already passed.
  • Their first three open tasks.
Use the chips at the top to show All team members or only one.
The task panels are built from the first 500 open tasks in the studio, most urgent first. A studio with more open tasks than that sees the panels for those 500 only. The Open tasks card still counts all of them.

The AutoFit sync bar

Studio managers who are moving data from AutoFit see a progress bar joined to the top of the dashboard while the migration runs. You can hide it and the sync keeps running. Coaches who are not managers never see it.
