After a workout is saved, the app opens a share screen. It shows the workout as a ready-made story image inside a phone frame, so the trainee can post it in two taps. Sharing is optional. Done closes the screen and returns to the Workouts tab. The same screen opens later from a past workout with Create a workout photo. See Personal records and history.

What is on the screen

  • A header with a WORKOUT COMPLETE sticker and What a workout, followed by the trainee’s first name.
  • The hint Pick a template and tap the camera to shoot.
  • A carousel of story designs. The trainee swipes left and right to choose.
  • A row of share buttons under Share.
  • Done.
A short animation plays first. The buttons become active when it ends. On a phone set to reduce motion the animation is skipped.

The designs

There are eleven designs. They all use the same workout numbers and differ in layout. The carousel opens on Side rail. The designs pull from what was logged: workout minutes, sets, total weight lifted, the workout number, the exercises and any personal records. The two record designs are always available. When no record was set in the workout they feature the best set of the workout instead, labelled Best set. PR (private) is the version without the numbers.

Adding a photo

The camera button on the design opens a small menu titled Add a photo from your workout:
  • Take a photo
  • Choose from gallery
  • Remove photo, once a photo was added
The photo is placed into the story design. Without a photo the design uses its own background.

Sharing

If something goes wrong the app shows Sharing failed, try again or Saving failed, try again. The image is exported at story size, 1080 by 1920 pixels.

Your studio on the story

The story carries your studio’s identity from the branding settings:
  • the profile picture shown on the story frame, taken from the story profile image, then the coach picture, then the studio logo, whichever exists first,
  • your Instagram handle, when one is set,
  • your share text, shown under the header and on the Poster design, when one is set.
The trainee decides whether to share. Nothing is posted by the app on its own, and you are not notified when a story is shared.
