The Workouts tab is the trainee’s training plan. Its subtitle is Your weekly plan and workouts. Pulling down refreshes the plan and the history.

What is on the screen

Weekly progress

Next to the subtitle a small pill shows how the week is going, for example 2/4 workouts completed this week.
  • The total is the number of workouts per week you set on the plan. If the plan has no weekly number, the total is the number of workout days in the plan.
  • The week starts on Sunday.
Under it, This week shows a strip of the days of the week. Days with a workout are marked, and a completed one gets a check. Today is highlighted.

The plan

When the trainee has one training plan, its workouts are listed under The plan. When they have more than one, a switcher at the top lets them pick which plan to look at. The first card is the featured workout. It is one of two things:
  • In progress, when a workout is running right now. Its button reads Continue training.
  • Up next, the workout the trainee should do next. Its button reads Start workout.
The rest of the plan’s workouts are listed below it. Each row shows:
  • the workout name,
  • the number of exercises and the estimated time, for example 6 exercises and ~45 min,
  • when it was last done: Last workout Today, Last workout 12.10, or Not performed yet,
  • Done, when it was already done this week.
Tapping a row opens the workout preview. Tapping the play button on a row opens the workout and starts it.

How “Up next” is chosen

The app looks for the workout that was done most recently and offers the one after it in the plan order. After the last workout in the plan it goes back to the first. A trainee who has never trained gets the first workout. The trainee is free to open and start any other workout. Up next is a suggestion, not a lock.

The time estimate

The estimate is calculated from the plan itself:
  • three seconds for every prescribed rep, using the top of a rep range,
  • sets prescribed in seconds or minutes count as that time,
  • plus every rest period,
  • plus ten percent on top for moving between exercises,
  • plus the cardio minutes set on that workout, if any.
It is an estimate. The real time is recorded when the workout is finished.

Cardio and step goals

When the plan includes a movement requirement, the cards for it sit at the top of the plan section: Weekly cardio and Daily steps. See Cardio and steps.

Workout history

Workout history at the bottom lists finished workouts, newest first. Each row shows the workout name, the date, the duration, how many sets were logged and the total weight lifted, for example 52 min, 18 sets and 4250 kg.
  • Tapping a row opens the workout with every set that was logged.
  • The trash icon deletes it after the question Delete this workout? with the note It comes off your history.
When nothing was finished yet the section reads No completed workouts yet. More about the detail screen is in Personal records and history.

No plan yet

A trainee without a training plan sees You don’t have a workout plan yet. Your coach will send one soon. The history section still shows. A training plan can be a file or a website link instead of a built plan. The trainee then sees:
  • the plan name with a PDF or Link badge,
  • the file or page itself, shown inside the screen. A Full screen icon opens it full screen. Under it, Open file opens a PDF outside the app and Open in browser opens a link plan in the browser,
  • a Mark workout done button.
A file plan cannot be logged set by set. Mark workout done records one completed workout with today’s date and shows Workout saved successfully. That entry counts toward the weekly total and the workout streak, and it appears in the history, where it can be deleted if it was tapped by mistake.
With a file plan there are no sets, weights or personal records in the app, because nothing is entered. If you want that data, build the plan in the program builder.

What the trainee cannot do here

  • They cannot change the plan, the order of workouts or the prescribed sets and reps.
  • They cannot add their own workout.
  • They can swap an exercise only for one you approved. See Swapping an exercise.
