Read the tab
Each subscription is a card.
With no subscription the tab reads “No active plan for this client.” and offers the Keep app access switch.
Add subscription is always available at the top.
Add a subscription
1
Open the dialog
Press Add subscription.
2
Pick the plan
Choose a Coaching plan. The price and the length are filled from the plan.
3
Set the dates
- With a Start Date, the subscription runs from that day. The Expiry Date is worked out from the plan’s length.
- If the plan has no fixed length, enter Subscription length (months) or pick the expiry date yourself.
- If your studio starts subscriptions on an event, the dialog shows a line such as “The subscription starts with the first workout. If that already happened, it starts today.” and how long it runs from that start.
4
Check the price
Price including VAT (₪) can be changed for this trainee. A lower price than the plan’s shows as Discount with the amount and the percentage.
5
Save
Press Add subscription. You see “Subscription added”.
Which status the new subscription gets
- It starts today or earlier, and nothing else is running: Active.
- It starts in the future, or another subscription is running or frozen: Scheduled.
- The studio starts subscriptions on an event that has not happened yet: it waits. See below.
Renewing before the current one ends
Add the next subscription with a start date right after the current end date. It sits as Scheduled and takes over on its own. The board, the card header and the dashboard all count the days left to the end of the last queued subscription, so the trainee does not show as ending soon.Price, VAT and discount
- Prices are entered and shown in shekels, including VAT. Perform does not calculate VAT separately.
- The plan carries a default price. Each subscription stores its own price, so changing a plan’s price later does not change subscriptions that already exist.
- A discount is simply a lower price for this trainee. The dialog shows it as you type.
On the Team page, a team member can be allowed to give a discount up to a set percentage. See Team and roles for what that setting covers.
Dates that clash
Two subscriptions cannot cover the same days. Perform refuses the new one and tells you why.Subscriptions that wait to start
Your studio can count subscription days from an event instead of from a date. The setting is When the subscription starts in the studio settings, with four choices:
Until the event happens, the subscription shows a waiting label such as “Waiting for the intake form”. During that time the trainee has full app access and counts as active. If the event already happened, the subscription starts immediately.
Giving an explicit start date when you add the subscription skips the wait.
Start a waiting subscription yourself
- Start now asks “Start the subscription today?” and starts counting from today.
- Pick a start date lets you choose a date and press Confirm. A date far enough in the past that the whole period has already run out makes the subscription expired, not active.
Cancel a subscription
Press Cancel subscription on the card. The confirmation reads “Cancel this subscription?” and warns that the trainee loses access to the plan and that it cannot be undone.- You can cancel an active, frozen, scheduled or waiting subscription.
- Cancelling the running subscription makes the trainee inactive unless another one covers today.
- The cancellation is recorded on the trainee’s activity.
