Click a row in the check-in queue to open the review screen. The filled form stays on one side while the trainee’s data scrolls on the other, so you can read an answer and check it against what actually happened. This page covers update forms. For a new trainee’s intake form, see Onboarding reviews.

The header

The top of the screen shows:
  • The trainee’s name, their coach, Training since and Subscription until dates, and phone number.
  • The form type, for example the update number.
  • Waiting with the time since the form was filled, coloured by urgency. Once finished it shows Handled.
  • Any attention flags for the trainee.
  • Trainee card, which opens the trainee’s full card.
  • A menu with more actions.
All forms takes you back to the queue.

The form panel

The form panel shows the trainee’s answers exactly as submitted. It is Read only.
  • The title is Weekly update form with its number, and Filled with the date and time.
  • Answers are grouped by page.
  • Display blocks from the form, such as text and images, are left out. Only questions are shown.

Compared with the previous update

From the second update on, the panel says Compared to update with the previous number and date, and every number answer shows:
  • the change since last time, coloured by whether it moved in a good direction,
  • Previous: with the last value.
That makes it quick to see weight, measurements and ratings moving between updates.

Photos in the form

Photo answers show as thumbnails. Click one to open it full screen and move between the photos of that answer. A photo question left empty shows No photos.

Tabs

An update review has six tabs.

Overview

The Overview tab reads the trainee’s logged data. Pick the period at the top: Week is the last 7 days, Month is the last 30 days, and Custom lets you choose your own range of up to 92 days.

AI Insights

The AI Insights box sums up the period against the one before it and gives an overall verdict: Progress, Partial stall or Decline. Open flags are listed here. When there are none you see No open flags. Several sections below carry their own small insight with a Recommendation. Treat these as a starting point. They are computed from what the trainee logged, so gaps in logging lead to weaker conclusions.

Key numbers

A row of tiles shows Menu adherence · 7 days, Last weight, Steps · daily avg and Water · avg, each compared with the previous period where there is one.

Measurements log

A month calendar of everything the trainee measured. The line under the title counts the month’s weigh-ins, measurements and forms. Each day can show:
  • the weight from that day’s weigh-in, with the percentage change from the previous weigh-in,
  • a marker for a form filled that day, in one colour for Update and another for Onboarding,
  • a marker for Measurements,
  • a marker for Photos.
Click a day to see its details: the weigh-in, body measurements (Waist, Hips, Chest, Arm, Thigh), Progress photos and any form filled that day with its status.

Weekly average weight

Hover a week in the calendar to see its Weekly avg. It is the average of all weigh-ins in that week, with weeks running from Sunday to Saturday. A week with no weigh-ins shows no average. Use the weekly average, not a single weigh-in, when you judge whether weight is really moving. One heavy morning matters less across a full week.

Weight trend

A chart of the weigh-ins in the period, with the trainee’s goal weight drawn as a line when one is set.
  • Points with photos are marked differently. Hover one to see the Photos from this weigh-in.
  • If the period has no weigh-ins you see a hint to try Month.
Day by day, how closely the trainee followed their menu: protein, carbs, fat and water against the plan’s targets, how many meals were eaten and how many foods were swapped. Days with nothing logged are marked Not logged. Hover a day for its details.

Workout-plan adherence

A grid of squares, one per planned workout.
  • Each square is marked as a Completed workout or Missed. The legend under the grid shows which is which.
  • The plan’s weekly goal is shown, for example the number of workouts per week, along with the percentage of planned workouts completed.
  • For periods up to 14 days there is one column per day. Longer periods group by week, starting on Sunday.

Split letters

Each square carries the letter of the training day it belongs to, such as A, B or C. The letter comes from the plan the workout was actually logged on, so it stays correct after you change the trainee’s plan. Hover the square to see the workout’s full name and date. For a missed workout, the details tell you whether the trainee logged something else that day, such as steps or cardio. When nothing was logged, the details say there was no alternative activity and that it is worth asking what happened.

Steps

Daily steps against the plan’s goal, as a Chart or a Calendar. Days are graded as on goal, 70 to 99 percent, or below 70 percent.

Workout progress

Working weight per session for each exercise in the period, with a trend such as Weight up, Volume up, No change, Decline or Not performed. From an exercise you can Show latest technique video or Request a technique video next workout. A request shows as requested with its date.

Aerobic goal

Steps and cardio minutes combined against the plan’s aerobic goal.

Forms & changes

A timeline of the trainee’s forms and plan updates, newest first.
  • The form you are reviewing is marked Current form.
  • Other forms show when they were filled and how long they waited or took to handle. Open jumps to that form’s review.
  • Plan updates show which plan changed, training or nutrition, and when.
Use it to see what you changed after the last update and whether it helped.

When you have read the form and made any plan changes, send feedback and finish handling.
