A studio is your coaching workspace. Trainees, plans, branding, team and the Perform plan all live inside one studio. Some screens call it an organization. It is the same thing.

Where you land after signing in

  • You belong to one studio. You go straight to its dashboard.
  • You belong to several. You see a page that greets you by name with the line “Pick a studio to continue coaching, or create a new one.” Under Your organizations each studio has a card. Press Open studio on the one you want.
  • You belong to none. You see a card titled Create your first studio with a Create studio button.

Create a studio

1

Open the form

Press Create new organization on the studios page, or Create studio if you have none.
2

Name it

Enter the Organization name. You can change it later in the studio settings.
3

Create

Press Create organization. The message “Your organization has been created. You can now invite members.” confirms it.
A studio created this way starts empty. The studios page then shows a short guide under Get set up with four shortcuts:
  1. Brand your app. Logo, colors, and name for the trainee app.
  2. Subscription and Pricing. Define packages and onboarding forms.
  3. Add clients. Invite trainees and assign a plan.
  4. Build programs. Training and nutrition libraries.
For a brand new business, the setup wizard does all four in one pass.

Work in more than one studio

Each studio is separate. Trainees, team members and the Perform plan are not shared between them. Your own account, with its name, photo, language and sign-in details, is shared. To switch, go back to the studios page and open the other studio.

Join a studio you were invited to

Most team members are added from the Team page. See Invite team members. In that case:
  1. You receive an email invitation with a sign-in link.
  2. Sign in with the email or the phone number the admin entered. Perform sends a code.
  3. The first time, you are asked to choose a password.
  4. You land in the studio.
No separate “accept” step is needed. Some invitations use an invitation link instead. Opening that link shows Join the organization with the studio’s name and two buttons, Accept and Decline. If you are not signed in, you first see “You need to sign in or create an account to join the organization.”

Rename or delete a studio

Both are in Business settings, General. See Studio settings.
