Open Business settings, Integrations. The page is for the owner and admins. Its subtitle reads “Connect Perform to the automation tools your studio already works with.”
Most coaches never need this page. It matters when you connect Perform to an automation tool such as Make.com.
An API key lets an external tool act on your studio’s data through the Perform API.
Treat a key like a password. Anyone holding it can act on behalf of your studio. Do not paste it into chats, emails or screenshots.
Create a key
Press Create key
The dialog Create API key opens.
Name it
Enter a Key name that reminds you which tool uses the key, for example Make.com. Press Create.
Copy it now
The screen Key created shows the key once. Press Copy key and paste it into your tool. It cannot be recovered later. Press Done.
Keep track of keys
Each key in the list shows its name, when it was created and when it was last used, or Never used.
Use one key per tool. If a tool is retired or a key may have leaked, you can revoke that one key without touching the others.
Revoke a key
Press Revoke key and confirm. The key stops working immediately and any tool using it disconnects. A revoked key is marked Revoked and cannot be turned back on. Create a new one if needed.
SmartSend
The SmartSend connection, used for WhatsApp inside Perform, is set up from Business settings, General under Integrations. See Studio settings. The WhatsApp pages of this documentation explain how it is used.
