The sidebar

The sidebar holds every area of the studio. On a phone it becomes a menu that opens from the menu button at the top.

Collapse the sidebar

A small round button on the edge of the sidebar collapses it to icons and expands it again. When it is collapsed, the studio’s initials replace the logo. The sidebar stays the way you left it while you work in the page. Only that button opens and closes it.

Business settings

Press Business settings to open the group. What you see depends on your role. For a team member, pressing Business settings opens the Team page.

Notifications

The bell at the top corner of the page opens Notifications. It lists what happened in the studio that concerns you. Press Mark all as read to clear the unread count. When nothing is there you see “No notifications yet.”

The user menu

Your name, email and photo sit at the bottom of the sidebar. Press them to open the menu. Pages inside Business settings show the section name above the title, so you always know where you are. Selecting a trainee on the board adds the trainee to the page address. Copy the address to share a link to that exact trainee with a colleague in the same studio.

Leaving a page with unsaved changes

Editors such as the plan builders warn you before you leave with changes that were not saved. Confirm to leave, or stay and save first.
